Hi! My name is Melinda, and I have been making raw vegan cakes for over a decade. It started as a hobby, but soon I realized that I could combine my passion for natural healthy foods and my entrepreneurial spirit to create something precious. My tortes are not only delicious, but completely organic, free of lactose, milk protein, egg, and they do not contain gluten, refined sugar or flour, honey, gelatin of animal origin, preservatives, artificial dyes, additives. The main ingredients that I use are nuts, fresh (mostly local) fruits and natural sweeteners, such as dates. I have many recipes that allow me to customize my tortes to accommodate any kind of food intolerance. So far, I have been able to offer something to everyone! Seeing the eyes light up when I can offer a sweet solution to someone who cannot usually eat desserts makes my day.
